Nathalie Haug

PhD Student

from 01.04.2020

Since April 2020 I am a PhD student at the Chair of Public Administration - Digital Governance, where I already worked as a student assistant during my master studies. There I was allowed to work on topics concerning the digitization of public administration within the EU-CoVAL 2020 project. I would like to deepen these topics in my doctorate.

At the University of Konstanz I studied the Bachelor of Science in Political and Administrative Sciences, which I completed in March 2017. In my bachelor thesis I analysed how innovations are implemented in German local government. Afterwards, I completed the Master's degree in Political and Administrative Science, also at the University of Konstanz. I focused on administration and management as well as international administration and conflict management. In my master's thesis I investigated how cooperation in cross-functional teams works and how local government should be designed to provide cross-functional teams with the appropriate environment.
