since 01.10.2021

I have been a PhD student at the Chair of Public Administration - Digital Governance since October 2021 and am also a researcher at the Fraunhofer Institute for Open Communication Systems FOKUS in Berlin in the Digital Public Service department. There, I have been working for several years in interdisciplinary teams on research and digitization projects for the modernization of public administration. My research focus is in the area of public governance. I have also supported complex digitization projects in the context of business process and requirements analyses in agile software development projects. Since last year, I have been leading several sub-projects in the research and development project Qualifica Digitalis for the qualification of the digitalized public sector in Germany on behalf of the IT Planning Council. In a competence-oriented approach, the project investigates how the qualification of the public sector can be designed in the future in the course of digitalization.
