Anna-Lea Schumann is 21 years old and currently a bachelor student at the University of Konstanz in political and administrative science. She is particularly interested in the application of agile methods in public administration and the associated public value. She gain her first practical experience in administration during an internship in the constituency office of a member of the Bundestag, which helped her to gain first insights into working methods and processes of the public sector.
