Requirements for students seeking a reference letter from Professor Mergel: You must have taken at least two courses with Professor Mergel and passed them with grade 1.0 or 1.3, or written your Bachelor or Master thesis under Professor Mergel's supervision, or have worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Public Administration. Please also upload all relevant documents and informations, including your transcripts (with your grades), CV, motivation, reasons for applying to a specific program or funding organization, and the contact/address of the person who has to receive the reference letter.
