Kunze et al. (2023) have published a policy paper entitled "Wie gelingt die Integration junger Zugewanderter in den Arbeitsmarkt? The Integration@Work Projekt" (in german). The policy paper identifies factors on how young immigrants can be better integrated into the training market and contains recommendations for action for training companies and political actors. The policy paper was published at the University of Konstanz's Cluster of Excellence.

Professor Kunze talks to SWRAktuellBW about the results of the online survey by the Hochrhein-Bodensee Chamber of Industry and Commerce. This non-representative study by the IHK asked Millenials and Generation Z about their ideas of work.

Benjamin Korman won the Best Paper Award for a Paper with International Implications. He received this award together with Professor Florian Kunze and the authors Max Reinwald and Sebastian Koos from the Organizational Behavior Division at the Academy of Management Meeting in Boston. The paper has the title "How Political Context Affects Immigrants' Social Contacts Dynamics and Mental Health at Work".

Professor Kunze was honoured by Haufe Personalmagazin as one of the 40 leading HR minds from management, science and consulting in Frankfurt am Main on 04 July 2023.
