Kilian Hampel has been working as a research assistant and doctoral candidate at the Chair of Organizational Behavior of Prof. Dr. Florian Kunze since November 2019. From 2013 to 2017, he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Politics and Public Administration from the University of Konstanz. Subsequently, he completed the Master of Arts Politics and Public Administration (University of Konstanz) and the Master of Research in Political Science (Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona) as part of the two-year Double Degree Program of the faculty. During his studies, Kilian Hampel worked both as a research assistant and as a tutor for the lecture "Personal und Organisation" at the Chair of Organizational Behavior. In addition, he gained practical experience through working at Lufthansa AG, Frankfurt am Main, in the Corporate HR & People Strategy department and at ROCK YOUR COMPANY!, a start-up from Munich, in project management.
