I am a Junior Professor in Political Theory. Prior to joining the department, I was a lecturer in politics at the University of Liverpool (2016-2017) and a research associate at University College London (2013-2016). I received a Masters degree in Political Theory from Sciences Po (2008), an M.Phil. in Political Theory from Columbia University (2011), and a dual PhD degree in Political Science (Political Theory) in 2014 from Columbia University and Sciences Po.

Bio
I am a Professor of Comparative Politics at the Department of Politics & Public Administration at the University of Konstanz. Before coming to Konstanz, I was associate professor in political science at the University of Toronto and held a post-doc position at the Max-Planck Institute for the Study of Societies in Cologne, Germany. I received my doctorate in the Department of Political Science at the University of Washington in Seattle. My research concentrates on public policy in advanced democracies, comparative political economy, political methodology, and budgetary politics. I am directing the German Policy Agendas project which is part of the Comparative Agendas Project.
