    Excellence Funding for the Cluster “The Politics of Inequality” 2019-2026: Great Success for the Department’s Researchers

    The German Research Foundation (DFG) and the German Council of Science and Humanities (WR) announced that the research concept entitled “The Politics of Inequality: Perceptions, Participation and Policies” will receive substantial financial support during the years 2019 and 2026. The Cluster of Excellence “The Politics of Inequality: Perceptions, Participation and Policies” investigates the links between inequality and political processes. At the epicentre of the project lies the analysis of the cycle comprising the perception of political inequality, political mobilization and policy-making.

  • Succesful Cooperation Konstanz - Singapore

    The University of Konstanz and the Singapore Management University succesfully launched a joint seminar which took place in November in Constance. 16 students took part in the Shared Classroom Seminar "International Talent and Human Resource Management". The seminar was organized by Professor Florian Kunze (Constance) and Professor Thomas Menkhoff (SMU). The project received funding from the Eberle-Foundation, the Excellence INitiative, the DAAD and the WILLE-project. External cooperation partners were ZF GmbH and Aesculap AG.
